Tau Thuy industrial zone (Kim Thanh - 200 ha), Nhi Chieu industrial zone (Kinh Mon - 500 ha), Quan Goi industrial zone (Cam Giang - 150 ha), Pha Lai industrial zone (Chi Linh - 100 ha), Doan Hong industrial zone (Gia Loc - 200 ha), Hung Dao industrial zone (Tu Ky - 120 ha), Nghia An industrial zone (Ninh Giang - 200 ha), Hung Thang industrial zone (Thanh Mien - 150 ha), Tan Viet industrial zone (Binh Giang - 200 ha), Gia Tan industrial zone (Gia Loc - 150 ha), Cong Hoa industrial zone (Chi Linh - 175 ha), Ninh Giang town industrial zone (Ninh Giang - 175 ha) and Tuan Hung industrial zone (Kim Thanh district - 200 ha).

In order to encourage foreign ad domestic investors to invest in building the infrastructure of industrial zones, Hai Duong province has completed comprehensive rules and regulations with quick and clear procedures. Besides, Hai Duong province also applies all the issued priorities of the Government, especially for the under-construction industrial zones or those in the disadvantage area, those for specializing in the province's well-cared occupations.

Since 2001, Hai Duong has been approved by the Government to build the industrial zones: Nam Sach, Dai An, Phuc Dien, Phu Thai, Tan Truong and Western of Hai Duong City with the total square of 642.75 ha. Nam Sach and Phu Thai industrial zones have been basically full - invested. Nam Sach industrial zone alone has attracted more than 15,000 labourers. In order to create initial good conditions for investors, who invest in building infrastructure, Hai Duong province extracts 6.2 billion VND to plan the industrial zones, support land clear, and build the water-supplying systems for Dai An industrial zone. Besides, Hai Duong province has invested in building all the sub-roads of the industrial complexes in Hai Duong City in accordance with the 106 - billion - VND approved plan.
