Attendants at the ceremony were: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phong, Permanent Secretary of Central Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; Mr. Bui Thanh Quyen, Secretary of the Provincial Party's Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives of sectors and departments, unions, former officers of the Youth Union, Executive Board of the Youth Union of districts and City and 300 typical members who represented for more than 570,000 youth people of the whole province.

In the heartening atmosphere, the delegates recalled memorable landmark on 75 years of development of the Youth Union. With the leadership of the Party and great Uncle Ho, Vietnamese youth generations always raise high the spirit of revolution, no fear of difficulties, willingness to undertake and complete all tasks, deserving to be a reliable back up team of the Party. In liberation revolution, Hai Duong youth were willing to joint the army against the invaders, making a contribution to the victory of our nation over enemy. In renovation period, Hai Duong youth, with the strength inherited from older generation, has made proud achievements. Action movements have been actively taken place, typically, the movement ''Youth safeguards our country'', ''Youth sets up business''. The Youth of Hai Duong province take a role on building the Party, making the authority strong and solid. By that way, the Youth has created its members better with full ability and skill, enthusiasm. The role and position of the youth have been solidated and raised. With these achievements, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hai Duong province has received noble rewards of the Party, the Nation and the Government. Recently, it has received the 1^st Labour Medal.

Addressing at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phong, Permanent Secretary of Central Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Mr. Bui Thanh Quyen, Secretary of the Provincial Party's Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted and praised the efforts and achievements of the provincial youth. In order to raise the quality of the movements of the union, widen solidarity front, the Union's officer should push up political and thought education for the youth generation.

As a proxy for the President, Mr. Bui Than Quyen granted the 1^st Labour Medal for the provincial Youth Union, the Steering Committee of the competition understanding 75 years of  our nation's history, granted 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd prize for the prize-winner. The Standing Committee of provincial Union praised 10 typical youth people, 26 excellent Union's officer and 26 typical youth works in the period 2001-2005.
