After he died (16 November 1521) he was nominated Thanh dang phuc thau, Minh quoc linh ung, Hien Huu Roy highest and the tutelary god of the village. Suot temple was built after Vu Huu died. The construction still had architectual features of the 19th century. The relic was ranked by the state in 1992. Suot temple festival was held on 10 March annually, in commemoration of Royal Highest's birthday. The festival lasted until 20 March.
In the festival, there was the game called danh be or danh ho. This was an unique traditional performance.
Preparation process for the festival:
Before the festival, young men from 18 to 54 years old must have sticks to play the game.
- Sticks for village inhabitants were 7 meter (1 meter equal to 40cm)
- Sticks for 5 people directly play the game were 4 meter long
- Sticks for virgins to dance in front of the army were 1.2 meters long
Brew Hoang tuu wine to offer sacrifices to the Royal Highest. Raised pigs to offer to the Roy Highest.
On 1 March the village had a meeting at the temple to discuss festival organisation.
